Alex wasn’t feeling well today so Wade tried to cheer him up with pinball.

Alex ate an entire hamburger for lunch at McDonald’s. (Obviously he didn’t inherit my dislike of ground beef.)

Poor Alex. He had his first fever today. Thank goodness Tylenol works wonders.

Alex put on quite a show for everyone in Paducah (Mom had hip surgery on Tuesday and is doing great. She doesn’t really need the walker but they recommend using it initially to help with her gait.)

At 12 months – 21 lbs and 14 oz. (35 percentile) and 30 3/4 inches (80 percentile).

Alex has finally mastered tilting up a glass to drink. He can now drink an entire sippy cup of milk in the car which makes for a happy Mom and a happy Alex.
