Toadfrogs

Finally Biting The Bullet

They always say you treat the last baby different. That is definitely proving true at our house. Both of my other pacifier babies I took their pacifier away at 10 months. They each handled it differently, but it wasn’t too bad. Ben is now 14 months (I think?), and we finally took it away. I’ll admit I thought about taking it away at 10 months, but I was lazy. He’s a really good baby and I just didn’t want to deal with even a minor hiccup. He also drools constantly. My other kids only drooled when they were teething. Ben started drooling at 4 months and has never stopped. However, the pacifier will stop the drooling – at least for a little while. Today hasn’t been too bad without the pacifier. We’ll see how tonight goes!
