We had a stormy, rainy day. I thought Kailtyn might enjoy wearing rain boots like her brothers. WRONG. She screamed the entire time they were on and I finally took them off and carried her home from the bus stop.
During our dinner preparations the power flickered a few times. The boys decided it was best to be prepared and ate dinner with their headlamps on their heads. They also spent the entire dinner trying to convince Wade and I to turn off the main breaker to the house and have a “blackout night.” (This actually sounds very cool and is definitely in the works but not 10 minutes before bedtime.)
