As soon as after-school snacks were done yesterday we loaded up the car and headed for Milwaukee. The kids were all great and Wade drove late into the night to get us to our hotel. The kids and I woke up early and headed to Hoyt. (We left Wade to sleep.)
We headed back to the hotel for a late nap and then a swim in the hotel’s pool. (Alex saw the picture of Wade throwing him and proceeded to tell everyone he could walk on water.)
Dinner was one of my favorites – Habanero’s with the Strouds. Then we stopped by a local park for a little more playing before bedtime.
