I am on a mission to use up as much food in the house as possible (due to the impending move). Tonight was my night for bringing snacks at Bible Study. I haven’t had much of a desire for chocolate with my pregnancy but I had the idea of Layered Chocolate Mousse (see recipe here) stuck in my head and a box of chocolate cake mix in the pantry. The only sticking point was how to serve it. I normally make it in a large bowl but that’s just messy for how we do treats. Then I thought of making individual servings in small cups. They turned out great and everyone loved them!
