We were excited to put our house on the market. I even knew that meant having to be gone for hours at a time with two kids and a dog. Somehow I didn’t realize I was agreeing to being gone for four hours at a time! We got haircuts, dinner, and even took a trip to the dog park tonight. I’m praying our house sells soon!
If you look closely you will realize the fatal flaw in my plans was not thinking through the shoes. Teague had his snow boots with him at school. I keep a pair for myself in the back of my car for emergencies. Alex had no boots. By the end of the dog park we still had two hours to kill so we stopped by Target to buy some new shoes (Converse) and new socks for Alex.
