I’m not sure what part the triscuit played, but the rest of the scene is a reenactment of a scene from a book – Mater gets caught by his tow cable and has to hang upside down. Evidently all the cars now get caught and have to hang upside down too. I find it hilarious that B’s garage is now referred to as “Radiator Springs.”
