I have to admit that I haven’t been overly concerned with staying off my feet, but I didn’t go and run a couple of miles either. Bed rest officially ended as of yesterday. I decided a trip to the dog park would be good for Madison and for me. We made the loop a couple of times and then came home and both slept a couple of hours. I guess we aren’t used to this thing called exercise!
