So excited to be allowed in Alex’s bed for the first time.

Guess who found a Sharpie?
The boys were quite happy to stand at the window and yell, “Snow” over and over and over.
Alex only wanted to ride through puddles. Thankfully Teague had enough skill to steer around the puddles and didn’t pick today to copy everything Alex did.
The weather was almost nice so we got the bikes out for a ride.
(Teague did much better once I realized the seat needed to be moved to the tallest setting.)
Diaper changing lesson.
Alex’s “star board” has made life around the Burch house much happier lately. Alex can earn stars for good behavior or lose stars for bad behavior. When he has earned four stars he can have a tv show or play on my iPad. It has improved behavior and stopped the constant asking for TV. Genius!
Yes, Teague is giving his cars a ride in his car.
Wade’s family has quite the “debate” about Peeps. I am happy to report both boys seem to be big fans.

Wade and I brought the boys back some Rock Candy from North Carolina.

It appears that Teague is picking up the “tongue” from Alex.

Transformers!

Teague has become quite the imitator. Alex plays with transformers so that’s what Teague wants too.

Helping clean for Granny and Pop’s visit.
Pillow attack!
Alex’s 4 year check-up came with two shots. He had a rough time with them (and then also with the fact that Teague had to get shots). He also told me he couldn’t help carry in his bags or raise his arm to take off his shirt tonight. Life is rough.
Today’s 2 year check-up came with four shots. Teague actually did pretty well with it and loved all the different band-aids he got.
Splatter paint.
Teague sure does love his rice.
(He had three helpings to Alex’s two. These boys love Chinese take-out.)
Alex is normally pretty quick in the bathroom. Tonight I realized he had been in there quite a while. I asked him two different times if he was okay and he quickly replied, “fine”. When I went to check on him I realized why he had been occupied for so long.
Dressed and ready for church (and waiting on Mom and Dad).
Darn those after bedtime nose bleeds. (very convenient for Alex though…)
Teague is quite confused by Alex’s antics in the bucket of the front loader.

Hide-n-seek.
Hugs for Mom.
One last big snow (hopefully) led to sledding in the front yard.

I’m pretty sure Alex is teaching Teague the names of the cars.
My boys both just wanted to play with this box all morning.

I wanted a snack and this is all Mom would give me.
Gonna get every last one.
Saturday mornings are Dad’s time.
Bedtime books with Daddy.
Alex was playing a version of “Ants in My Pants” and Teague was busy stealing the Ants to put in his car.
Moments before a tickle fight.
This is how we talk to Gram on speakerphone. I’m sure it sounds just as crazy as it looks.
Alex happened to spot some interesting new cereal at the grocery. Of course we brought it home to try.
To celebrate giving up straw sippy cups (which all seem to leak) Teague got a new “car” hard top.
Today the boys couldn’t get enough of painting their cars in the shower. Easy entertainment.
