Morning snuggles.
Month: February 2022
The car shirt lives on.
The kids had a snow day today. After everyone did their required room cleanout, I left the rest of the day up to them. Both my boys wanted to bake – chocolate chip muffins and Korean cinnamon-stuffed Hotteoks. Kaitlyn did her best to sneak chocolate at every turn.
All this boy has wanted to do this day is bake – and eat.
I think he is on reading number 4 of this series…
Today we cleaned and sorted the kids’ rooms. We do it about twice a year. What an undertaking!
This box has been in this particular place since Christmas. Ben loves its particular location because he can reach Alexa very easily. It’s been on my list to move it for far too many days. Maybe tomorrow.
Ben loves to get out all of my pantry items or all of my cookware. Normally he just pretends to cook. Today he set up his own band.
Reader reads.
Favorite chore strikes again.
Kaitlyn joined in on the “treasure map” fun immediately once she got home.
Ben got this “treasure map” in his Happy Meal and has played with it all day.
I picked up the game Pie in the Face off our local Buy Nothing group the other day. It took me a few days to buy a bottle of whipped cream but then we were ready to play. Kaitlyn and Ben were so excited to play. They couldn’t get enough!
Alex had to build an upside down snowman for a school project. Teague was more than happy to help.
Kaitlyn couldn’t wait to play Pie in The Face again.
Puzzle Wednesday.
Kaitlyn was so excited to be picked for Star Student. She completed her form and filled her box. Now she gets to share all week with the class.
Another book done!
I love that Teague is reading all of the time right now, but it has added serious minutes onto everything he does – eating, unloading the dishwasher, getting ready, putting up laundry, etc.
We have a new game and the two youngest love it!
