It turns out Wade takes much better pictures than I do. I’m going to say most of that is his new lens and the time he spends “correcting” his pictures. I am much more of a click and post kind of person. I definitely have my pictures up and ready to be seen before he does. He now has tweaked the pictures he took when we brought Alex home from the hospital. Check them out here.
One of my favorites:
I think Madison is still a little unsure about Alex. She constantly wants to know where he is, but doesn’t stay in his room unless I am there. She likes to sniff Alex and always tries to crawl in my lap if I am holding him. I think she needs a little more time to figure out all the craziness that is now the Burch House. Wade and I can’t wait for spring when she can spend most of her day outside.

Alex and I made a quick trip to the cleaners (so I can pack up the last of my maternity clothes) and the grocery store. In the grocery store I found a new twist on an old favorite – Honey Kix. I was excited to get home and try them and then disappointed when I didn’t like them at all. Alex slept through the entire thing.
And for those of you wondering, I did also buy some more Oreos. I still can’t seem to get enough.
Wade is a great Mr. Fix It. Very rarely does he attempt something and can’t find some way to accomplish his goal. Tonight it was fixing the hairdryer. He got a new one for Christmas and was annoyed when it suddently stopped working. He took one we didn’t like, stole some parts, and now the good one is up and running.
And what is a post lately without a picture of Alex?
