Talk (and dress) like a pirate day!
LittleToadfrogs
Reading with Pop.
Singing ABC’s with Daddy.
Best friends walking to school together.
Teague so wants to be one of the big boys.
You never know what treasure you will find in the McDonald’s toy box.
Going for a ride.
A little water fun.
A little water fun.
Alex still takes a little while to warm up to the big slides, but then he has a blast.
I wasn’t sure if Teague liked the big slide (especially from his facial expressions) until he got to the bottom and wanted to go again.
Neighborhood fun.
What little boy doesn’t love having a neighbor with sport wheelchairs?
This bike was definitely not built for two.
Just sitting so nice and cute by the fountain at school.
On the way home from school Alex informed me he was going to work on my car after nap. He told me it had a squeak that he could fix.
Sharing snack with a friend.
Our wedding album has always fascinated Alex.
Today’s craft at school was to make a lion. Teague’s attempting to “roar” in the picture.
Pajama snuggles.
I have never used the buckles on shopping carts with either of my children, but lately Teague has taken to buckling himself in while we are shopping.
My house is a zoo.
A book detailing each car from the movies. Teague is in heaven.
Testing out the boat he built with Dad.
Setting the table for dinner.
So thankful for tolerant pets.
Grape thief.
He got the stool from the bathroom and I found him helping himself.
Just lounging.
Teague spent the entire bath using this scoop to dump water on Alex’s head. They both loved it.
I felt a little like Tom Sawyer when it came to washing my car today.
First day of K4 (or Junior Kindergarden as they call it here).
First day in the 2 year old class at Mother’s Day Out.
Peeking over the fence.
Last pool day of the season (for us – tomorrow is supposed to be a high of 70).
Alex informed me he is writing his Christmas List. He wants more good guys and bad guys.
“Too loud.”
During our drive to the beach it rained quite a bit on and off. I would look up to see that Teague had covered his face with his hands. When I asked what was wrong he responded “too loud.” That seems to be his new mantra and I hear it quite often (even without loud noises present). Today we went to the Harley parade and we came prepared with ear protection.
Making pizzas for lunch.
Making pizzas for lunch.
Walking to school to meet their teachers.
Teague and Grant driving the bus at the elementary school playground while Abram and Alex meet their teachers.
Best buds.
Look who has almost mastered petals. He’s an entire year ahead of when Alex decided to learn (and a decent amount taller too).
Alex and Abram created a construction site in the back corner of our yard.
Opposites in looks, but destined to be good friends.
(Grant and Teague)
The bunk bed theme is continuing. Teague’s room is undergoing a little construction so tonight he is sharing Alex’s room.
After 10+ hours in the car we finally made it to Gram’s house. This is the first night we’ve tried both boys in the bunk beds.
Cousins.
It’s amazing how long cooking utensils and a few pretzels kept all three kids entertained.
This little plastic wagon has been the cause of many arguments. Everyone wants to be in charge of pulling it down to the ocean.
This isn’t a picture of Teague, but of his handy work. He combined his two loves of cars and babies.
