At our house, each child gets a “special” Easter egg on Easter Sunday. Each egg has a promissory note customized for each child. Alex got to watch a movie we weren’t quite sure he was ready for. Teague got a Saturday free from chores. Kaitlyn got a date with Dad to Chuck E. Cheese. Ben got tickets to the new Mario movie. Today seemed like a good day to go to the movies. Alex decided not to join us, but the rest of us enjoyed a rainy day at the theater.
