Ben was adamant that today called for macaroni and cheese. I was only too happy to agree. He also wanted to help me make it, which isn’t quite as usual, but I enjoyed the help. After lunch, we made oobleck, which was a recipe from one of our Raddish kits. Ben loved the idea, but didn’t love the actual texture. He played with it for 30 seconds but was happy to head upstairs for a nap and move the oobleck to the trash.
