Wade had a birthday – a big one. He turned 40 and we quietly celebrated at home with presents and his favorite meal – ribs! Fun fact – Wade loves banana pudding and has had to go without it the last few years due to being lactose intolerant. I finally found a work around for the whipping cream and condensed milk my recipe calls for that are dairy free. (You see why mine is so good, right?)
