We had a second repairman (from a different company) out today about our AC. He was nice and knowledgeable and unfortunately agreed with Mr. Grumpy from yesterday. It turns out we need an entire new AC unit. (Did I mention our house is currently on the market and we are in the middle of a bidding war?) Ugh! The worse news is nobody has one in stock and it will be a week (at least) to order the necessary equipment. Wade rented us an industrial AC unit used for job sites and we are hopeful it will help. Nobody is sleeping well and everybody is pretty miserable.
