Today I attempted to use the few apples we have picked from our tree. After two batches of applesauce (yum!) and one batch of apple chips, I still have apples sitting on my counter. (And another million on the trees.) Kaitlyn was a doll and slept all day. The boys “helped” Wade with his projects. I washed, peeled, sliced, chopped, and stirred all afternoon.
Tomorrow’s agenda includes apple jelly and apple cider.
