Alex had his first day of Kindergarten today with Ms. Fulk. He tolerated my first day pictures.
He couldn’t wait to ride the bus! I am still struggling with the fact that he is old enough to ride a school bus all by himself. (Madison would have happily gone too, but I managed to keep her off the bus.)
Wade, Teague, Kaitlyn, and I were all there to greet Alex when he got off the bus. Poor Alex got a bloody nose on the bus ride home and dealt with it himself (as best he could).
We cleaned him up and added tissues to his backpack in case it happens again. Then he got his requested after school treat – a cookie dough (not the ice cream but real cookie dough) cone.
