I’m not sure why it took me 4.5 months to take this picture, but I am so glad to finally have it done! Last March (and on through till Summer) Alex was fascinated with all things leprechaun. There had obviously been much discussion about them at school and he was always wanting to “trap” one. After St. Patrick’s Day, he brought home this leprechaun trap he had built at school (finally I understood where the idea to trap a leprechaun came from). Because it had been such a huge interest for so long, I decided to take a picture of the trap for a scrapbook. The leprechaun trap has been sitting on our kitchen island since then. It is well known how often I take pictures, but somehow this picture never quite got taken. Today I can finally mark it off my list (and remove it from my counter)!
