Alex spent the morning with Granny and Pop before his first nap. When he woke up we were packed and ready for our drive to Mukilteo, WA and a Vintage Airplane Show.
Crazy enough, the airplane show also had a robotics demonstration. Alex loved playing soccer with a robot:
Then we were back in the car for our ferry crossing to Whidbey Island. Alex loved “driving” the car:
We took the scenic route to the Lovejoy Inn in Coupeville so that Alex could get an afternoon nap.
Then we quickly settled into the carriage house with forts and hugs:
